Background

This car is originally a Boss 302 fitted with a 460cc V8 and a custom livery. The Boss variant of the mustang was a limited run of a higher performance version of the mustang. It was originally built for trans-am homoligation requirements.

From the factory, ford offered disc brakes, a better transmission, upgraded suspension, and a more aggressive steering ratios on the Boss platforms

Modifications

The 460cc V8 fitted in the car provides excellent low end torque for track applications. The engine is equipped with a Holley Sniper EFI system which allows for more specific tuning of fueling and spark. Upgraded cooling.

underneath the car, we have various modifications to improve overall experience. we have subframe connectors improving overall rigidity, Coilovers upfront to fine tune for the track. The car is also fitted with a Tremec T5 transmission, giving better ratios and reliability for the track, as well as overdrive for normal driving.

Driving

This car captures the vintage American muscle car experience very well. the car handles similarly to how it would back then, with some bonus horsepower.

Not having super rigid suspension allows this car to be enjoyable on the road as well as the track making it very versatile.
